1. Who we are
Second Mind Academy is a free education project owned by Mohit Sharma. You can write to us at secondmindacademy@gmail.com.
2. It is free. Always.
- Every course, lesson, Short and file of the Academy is free for every student.
- We do not charge for courses, groups, signals, software, “mentorship” or anything else.
- We do not take a commission or referral fee from any broker, app or company, and we do not promote one for money.
- We never message you first to ask for money. If someone using our name asks for money, it is not us. Do not pay, and tell us by email.
3. Education only
Our material is education and nothing else. It is not investment advice, and we are not registered with SEBI. Please read the Disclaimer.
4. Our official places
Our official links are only those on this website: YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, X and the email address above. Anything else using our name is not ours.
5. Using our material
- You may watch, learn from and share our lessons and videos for your own learning, and share the links with friends.
- Please do not sell our material, and do not present it as yours.
- Please do not copy our name, logo or voice to make accounts, groups or products that look like ours. The name “Second Mind” and our logo belong to the Academy.
6. No promise of results
Learning does not guarantee any result. We do not promise profit, and we are not responsible for decisions you take or losses you may face. You are responsible for your own decisions.
7. Accuracy and corrections
We try to be correct and to say clearly what we do not know. If we find a mistake, we correct it openly. If you see one, please write to us.
8. Links to other websites
Our website links to YouTube, Instagram and other platforms. They have their own rules and policies, and we do not control them.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest update. Material that stays free will stay free.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
